July 20-24th Multi-Sport Camp
Full day, co-ed multi-sport camp located in Orleans, ON for the week of July 20 to July 24th. 8:30-4:30pm, open to athletes born between 2014-2021. New sports, every day to keep the athletes in your family busy all week long.
Jr. Knights Basketball – Fall 2026
Introductory programming for our youngest players. Learn the fundamentals of shooting, passing, and dribbling on 8ft rims. Whether you’ve been practicing in the driveway at home, or are taking up the sport for the first time, this is our entry point into the Knights system to create athletes for life.
These sessions are co-ed and run once a week from September to December. Registration fees include a Knights T-shirt. Open to players born in 2019 & 2020.

The Capital Basketball Association is proud to offer both recreational and competitive offerings for players beginning at the U11 age group (2016 born and older).
Recreational teams will have 1x practice and 1x game per week on average, with competitive teams having 2-3 practices per week plus their league & tournament schedule.
