U10 Novice Knights – Fall 2026
Players will hone their skills on 9ft rims and learn proper shooting mechanics to prepare them for league play.These sessions are co-ed and run once a week from September to December. Registration fees include a Knights T-shirt. Open to players born in 2017 & 2018.

Jr. Knights Basketball – Fall 2026
Introductory programming for our youngest players. Learn the fundamentals of shooting, passing, and dribbling on 8ft rims. Whether you’ve been practicing in the driveway at home, or are taking up the sport for the first time, this is our entry point into the Knights system to create athletes for life.
These sessions are co-ed and run once a week from September to December. Registration fees include a Knights T-shirt. Open to players born in 2019 & 2020.

2026-27 Knights Basketball – Recreational
The Capital Basketball Association is proud to offer recreational basketball programs and league play for players born in 2016 or later.
This season we will be fielding teams at the U12 (2015/2016 born) age groups for both boys and girls. Teams will take part in a weekly practice plus their league/tournament schedule.
The season runs from October through March and consists of local league and tournament play, plus an end of season championship. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
